Toyota returns the highest value in sustaining trust and customer satisfaction in a survey of J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2011 Indonesia Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI). This year Toyota managed to grab the value of the 777 or Harga Angsuran Yamaha Force above average value of automobile industry Indonesia 772.
"These achievements into the future, a new challenge for us to continue to improve and develop the services to customers," said President Director of PT Toyota Astra Motor Johnny Darmawan in Jakarta, Friday, October 28, 2011.
Toyota stressed the marketing strategy and services based on The Best Total Ownership Experience or overall satisfaction. Johnny says sales success not only on the experience of consumers when buying a vehicle but also when having the vehicle (after sales).
SSI is a study of satisfaction survey of buyers of four-wheeled vehicles to purchase experience and delivery vehicles. The survey consisted of 7 Harga Angsuran Yamaha Vega RR items, namely the process of delivery, delivery time, transactions, dealer facility, salespeople, the handling of documents, and the initiation of the sale. This year Toyota grabbed a total of 777 index scale, second place Honda, Daihatsu 773 769.
